Protein Ball Recipe

1 cup oats

1/2 cup peanut butter

1/3 cup honey

1/3 cup dark or milk chocolate (Lily’s or any type of chocolate chip)

2tbp flax seeds

2tbsp chia seeds

1tbsp protein powder (optional)

Dried fruit (optional)

Mix well in bowl. Cover and put in refrigerator or 30-45 min. Scoop out and form balls. Keep cool until serving
